There
has been a restaurant in this building for as long as I can remember.
It was a typical 60's Cafe, Tito's Spanish Restaurante, and Ward's
Fish Bistro before my predecessor Bruno opened Mama Mia's here in
the late eighties. Traditional sets high standards.
I came here in 1995 and you are assured that my staff and I strive
to offer you food and service to equal any eatery in town, past
or present. As my valued customers and friends in Northampton over
the past 30 years or more will know I believe you my customer comes
first. That is why you will rarely find and evening when I am not,
either cooking or waiting on your table.
I
would like to remind you that all the dishes on our menu are individually
prepared. So, during busy periods this means you may have to wait
a little longer for your meal. I apologise for this inconvenience
but, I think you will agree quality comes before speed. If you have
any queries about the menu, or anything we have to offer, please
don't hesitate to ask for me by name.....
John Panayis.
